2/11/11 Weigh In

I was waiting for the thread to be set up but since it hasn't I'll do it.
Weigh in sucked this week! I gained 1.2 lbs. I exercised, tracked and had points left over! I am hoping my body is in shock and it will adjust next week. I am also going to go back to peeking at the scale. I think that if I had been doing it like I usually do, I would not have been so disappointed.
So, how did everyone else do? I hope better than me!

Im sorry about your minor set back Michele! Just keep on trucking and I am sure that you will see awesome results next week!
I had a pretty good weigh in this week, woke up this morning to a loss of 2.8 more lbs outta nowhere!!! That is a total of 10 lbs !!!

I weighed in yesterday but forgot to today...
I was down another 2lbs! I hope its real and not just a fluke. If so I am down 7 for 5 weeks?

i skipped weigh in this week. I've had a bad migraine so didn't do much of anything all week. But I woke up all happy and chirpy ths morning to beautiful weather. I am about to go workout with my Wii.
