3.7 Mojo Monday Get Meaningful Stress
This crazy whirlwind we call life often comes with it's fair share of stress: Stress from work, stress from family, stress from our selves etc...
For this month's challenge I want you to document how you deal with stress. Do you meditate, have a quiet spot to go think, play a video game, eat, shop etc..? We all have different coping mechanisms, some healthy others not so much. Does your method change with the stress you are feeling (or the person causing it?)
Create a layout on your stress management. Why it works (or doesn't) How you came across it, how it makes you feel. Document and write journaling of at least 40 words to complete this challenge.

JOURNALING:
I deal with stress in my life in a couple of different ways, it helps me to let loose and act silly with my friends and kids, when life gets rough. I also love to go to the track and ride out my agressions or sometimes just watching my kids ride can be relaxing to me, it's my second home. Another stress reliever for me is soaking in a bubble bath while reading anything Danielle Steel! But above all hanging out with Chris and just talking is the most relaxing and comforting thing in the world to me. (sorry for the not so great photo of my lo guys, the lighting was so poor due to weather this past weekend)

Journaling: I don't do any of them often enough, but when I get a chance, I choose one to renew my spirit. Each a different kind of escape, I can literally feel my heart rate slow, my breathing regulate, and my muscles loosen.

Journaling: I admit it... I watch tv pretty much EVERY DAY! From comedies to dramas. It's what I do to unwind & relax. In fact it's been that way ever since I was a child. I can't image ever giving my TV up!

Thanks Alecia! I have to admit, I love all the others better than my own, lol!!! I need to try to start scrapping a lil more ourtside my flowery comfort zone!
