Tuesday Dinner

What's everyone eating/making?

I'm defrosting a chuck roast. We'll see what I do with it? Idk...I'm feeling like comfort food, so probably beef stew.

soup I think Im trying to do something low cal since I had a medium sized lunch.

I haven't grocery shopped in so long that Tom gave up on me and called to tell me that he picked up smoked sausage and noodles from the grocery store while out running errands. I guess that's what we are having tonight.

Leftover spaghetti.............so that means mommy is eating cottage cheese or something AGAIN, lol. I hate the crap but make it cause the DH and kids like it......

You don't like spaghetti? I've never met anyone that didn't like spaghetti. lol

I'm making this and this. I hate fish so I'm starting out with a kids recipe. lol

Made a low-cal sesame chicken recipe. My dh tried his best to eat it, but said it tasted like sweet tea! lol
In all honesty, there was too much red pepper. Blech.
I thought it was so-so. So we pretty much just ate the broccoli.

Tomorrow night is fish night.

OMG I SERIOUSLY hate it............I cannot stand ground beef for one.....I will however eat beef tacos or hamburgers but not much else with grounf beef. Spaghetti is so disgusting! I crunch tortilia chips over the top if I must eat it.....not my thing

french toast and bacon for us tonight.

P actually grilled so I had one hamburger and some brown rice and veggies. I was starving when I got back from Zumba.

U guys are seriously making me really hungry now........I had some raw brocolli and cauliflower..........now I need REAL food, lol!

I don't eat spaghetti, either, but I'll eat any other kind of noodle. And only a non-meat sauce. Baked with some cheese on top - yummy!
