I'm done!?

I've been doing the five days of "rice,beans,tapwater" challenge with the veggies for beans substitution. I'm at day four. I have one more day to go. I did finally eat some protein today- apples w/ peanut butter. But now I'm just done. I now fully understand, as much as I can, world hunger. I'm ready to feel healthy again. I'm tired of feeling sluggish and yucky. But at the same time I have ONE more day left. Surely I can do one more day, right? It doesn't make me a quitter, does it? I'm using the cop-out of I have to prepare to go out of town on thursday and I don't want my first day of real food being on the road. I'm just imagining multiple stops which we want to avoid.

Heck, I give you credit for doing four days. I wouldn't have survived on just water.

The point is not to make you miserable:) You've gained more than enough wisdom from the past four days

I think you did great, esp since you do not eat beans! You don't want to get sick.
