Re: Early Christmas gift
Laura wrote:Beautiful purse, Sara! And even more good dh points for Todd going to the mall for you!
We open with dh's parents on Christmas Eve, then all of the gifts from us and Santa get opened Christmas morning. Dh and I don't exchange. We pool our money so it always seemed sorta silly.
I kind of agree on the Christmas gifts for each other but DH sometimes surprises me with something extra nice and other times we don;t really get much each other.
This year I told him I want a new GPS!
Re: Early Christmas gift
Ooh, pretty purse Sara! Not fair that you got your present early!
I'm pushing for an ipad or a new camera. No way I'm getting either. lol

All I want is an iPhone or a Droid or something other than my ca. 1999 phone... but Z says it's "off the table."
I think we're going to just use the $$ we would spend on gifts and put it into the Disney fund for this summer.

HappyStamper wrote:This is a perfect example of having different things we enjoy owning/spending money on. While I do own two Coach bags, I'm just as happy with a $30 purse and don't really see the point in owning a $300 one. On the other hand I thought buying a Kenner Blythe doll for $505 was a bargain and most of you would never spend that kind of money on a toy!
I don't either...so when I buy a new Coach I sell my old one on Ebay....I can't have a $300 purse sitting in my closet
and NO on the doll...but I can understand you addiction lol
