Sunday dinner :)

What did everyone have? or are you having?

I am on my own since DH is going to Wrestle Mania

I had cold lemon chicken from Trader Joes and broccoli and cauliflower with light cheese sauce. Yum!

leftovers, didn't feel like cooking...
dh had pot roast and veg, dd had meatloaf and potatoes, ds had fish and chips, I had waffles...

My tummy has been acting up the past couple days, so I'm not sure yet.

I have some farmers market chicken in the fridge, so I might do something with that--whenever I feel like getting up lol

I was going to make Chicken Marsala, but I got home later than expected from my fun jaunt today so we just had Chinese takeout. Not as good as the Marsala would have been.

I don't know what I'm doing yet. I had a late lunch, so I'm not really hungry.

I had my dinner, then pineapple, and now I want some cheese. lol

I grilled for the first time this season...chicken, baked potato and asparagus

I actually went grocery shopping so Ive got a bunch of options. Ill probably grill a turkey burger since the weather is just gorgeous.

I made gumbo from scratch!!

I had string cheese and craisins. Lou and Julia were gone and I was doing homework so I didn't worry about a meal.
