It has become a priority to find an ideal cure for arthritis but promises are often not kept and only a temporary cure is given and the pain returns after a period of time. For some, if the disease is identified in the primary stage then it is erased from the roots but a generalized treatment plan has not yet been devised. According to Ayurveda, gas formed from foods combine with accumulated by-products of wastes gets deposited in the weaker parts of the body like the joints and this result in pain when the susceptible conditions prevail. Owing to this factor, it is generally advised to stay away from foods that induce gas production as the toxins from these foods accumulate in the weaker parts of the body. Various factors are responsible for triggering the symptoms and what may seem to trigger the symptoms in one patient may not affect another at all. Some of the foods that come in the wind forming category includes certain uncooked veggies like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli etc. ad very chilled foods, white flour, and sodas all come in the avoidable list. Fasting is considered to be beneficial in improving digestion and a glass of lukewarm milk with a dash of fennel or cardamom powder is good for the body. Hot medicated oil body massages will increase the blood circulation and promotes faster healing. Among the various types of arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis is the most painful and needs timely intervention and care.
