Google put together this nifty website for sending parents Tech Help Very Happy

it has a bunch of basic videos on all sorts of tech questions someone might have.

That's what my boyfriend said. It'll be great to just be able to send some videos and not have to drive two hours just to show them where to click on the screen

I needed gotomeeting for work so I use that since my mom and aunt live a 19 hour drive from me. But for simple stuff they might like these.

good but pricey @$50 a month. But we need it for business. There are free alternatives but they require people on the other end to install stuff which isn't possible for us as most of our clients are behind firewalls.

But it works flawlessly and I just get on and take over their computer. lol
