The weather is finally and there doesn't seem to be any more rain on the horizon.

Spent the day with the kids. After three weeks of only having one I forgot how loud it gets with the both of them at home. But we had a fun day.

And how are you today Alecia - what have you got planned for the day before Christmas Eve?

DH is getting ready to go to bed which makes me sad cause when HE works days, i dont get to chat with him during the day boohoo. its cold out there today!

Morning Girls.

This morning, I spent shopping with Spencer and Hannah. Now, I have laundry going and finishing up gifts here at home. Today is really the last day for me to get anything done since the Germans Celebrate Christmas tomorrow and things will be closing around noon, if they open at all.

But, I am tired and need a nap. Although, I know it won't be happening.

Hi Liz!
I'm cleaning up all my scrappy stuff, my Xmas present to my hubby... I dread putting it away! I'm thinking about not completing the recipe book gift, isn't that awful of me? I'm starting to stress over getting it done though, and would rather be lazy and enjoy the day....

Just chillin' in front to f the computer before I get showered and dressed for Josh's funeral. After that I'll be wrapping gifts and cleaning house.

I'm working. As always. But hopefully we'll get off early today. Then I think I'll try and catch up on some Dec Daily pages and/or do some baking.

So much to do today, it's ridiculous! I feel so swamped I don't wanna do nothing, but there is light at the end of my tunnel.......my local sb store opens in a few hours and I plan on being the first in line beating on their door for it to open. EVERYTHING in the store is 50% off today! Guy's I am prepared to go scrap crazy! I even have a list so I don't forget anything!!!

The princess has arisen. Now to take her home. She is unhappy. It is not that she doesn't like to be home, she really loves being with me

How are the wedding plans going, btw?

I'm a little bummed that no one does Christmas correspondence anymore. I send out about 40 snail mail cards and about 40 email cards, and honestly, I've only heard from my thesis advisor this year, he sends me a beautiful art card each holiday.
I'm having a hard time accepting the fact that I'm the person that got cut from everyone's list this year! Guess I should be nicer, lol!
But what gets me--all you have to do is hit reply to the email cards, just to let me know you got it, or send even a one word reply. And only the Nashville folks did that. I can see which cards have been picked up, so I know they got there... bah humbug!!!!
OK, off my rant. It's actually a wonderful day and I'm in a great mood, believe it or not! I just don't have any humans around to talk to today. Just me and the furbabies.

And this isn't a beg for cards from y'all, no, not at all, just me rambling about my friend list from the 80s, 90s, etc..
I still haven't sent out scrappy cards, haven't gotten them done yet... maybe everyone else is slacking like me, ha ha ha!

I'm working on the gift for Gwen the mail carrier right now. Got to get it done before she gets her 2ish!

Alecia- I got WAY WAY Fewer paper cards this year- the past 3-5 years it has been less and less... and i have a large number of photographer friends who I used to get these gorgeous cards form every year! I miss those... I still have all of them from the years before.

Of course- I didn't send one this year either! LOL I only do when I have a good photo and I had an awesome one i wanted to use.. but couldn't figure out how to make it "christmassy!" LOL
