Whatcha making?

I baked a turkey breast yesterday (DH is doing South Beach and does not eat beef or pork)... So I will maybe have leftover turkey. But I also have stuff for meatballs and spaghetti.

Spaghetti sounds so good... Hmmm I have some chicken thighs I did yesterday... I did them in Salsa in the crockpot.. but scrapped off the sauce and put them in the dfridge (I never LOVE Salsa chicken- but it was fast and easy! LOL) I could make spaghetti and warm up the chicken with a little sauce on top... that might be yummy...

Drinking a coffee now... DUMB! with all the sleep troubles I have been having this week!

My husband grilled some chicken out in the rain Smile I'm a little bummed that we don't have any brown rice to go with it

SO I DID makeover that chicken... had some spaghetti and warmed up the chicken with sauce... it was yummy! I just wish I had had some shakey cheese!
