I should NEVER have made those darn cowboy cookies.... As I sit here and nibble on one (yes, only one!) I'm thinking about my get-healthy goals. Seriously? 976224

Set aside two cookies for yourself, then break them into half (then you have 4 smaller cookies you can eat). Then put the rest in a container away Smile

I totally changed my eating habits in the last year and a half, and I haven't cut any actual foods out of my diet, and I've steadily been loosing about 3-4 lbs a month. Its really slow, but I've kept everything off, and I'm totally happy with the changes.

And the biggest change was just eating slower and smaller meals. And breaking up treats into smaller pieces was one of the best things I did.

That is part of why I did not bake Tess... BUT I love K's suggestion! I know when I was successful on WW I would put snacks pre-measured into those little snack size zip lock bags. So the portion was already measured and I had to stick to that (at least it usually worked Smile )

Sometimes just knowing how many calories or fat grams are actually in there helps, too. I mean, we might KNOW that it's fattening, but when you see the actual numbers it really makes you think twice!

Cowboy Cookies... Chocolate chip cookies on steroids: in addition to chocolate chips, they have cinnamon, oats, pecans, and coconut. Smile
