Cluster Headaches Empty Cluster Headaches

Post by rukristin Wed Jan 05, 2011 7:38 pm

So I get cluster headaches, they are on and off for months/weeks at a time. And one of the cycles just started again, and so I'm trying to get used to them again. But I just wanted to complain about how much they really really suck.

and I'm sorry for venting, but I was in the middle of scrappy organizing, and then out of nowhere it just starts pounding and I can't do anything but sit until its over. Grr.

I really enjoyed not having them...:/

I'm so sorry... I started having those after my youngest was born and I went into peri-meno. Awful. Hormone therapy helped me, but you are so so young!
I'm sorry you have to deal with it, I know how debilitating and disruptive it is. Hope you can find something to take to break the headache cycle...

Most of the time they go away within 10 minutes and everything is back to normal i'm just a little tired /dull headachy. But its like ugh!! cant you see I'm doing something.

It was the worst when I was at work and just had to get up and go outside because everything in the office would just make it worse, and for some reason those people could never understand the look on my face of "i am in extreme pain, do not ask me anything".

Thomas went to see a headache specialist year ago and he got him the right meds to stop his cycle of headaches. His were different from yours but like yours they came and went.
