February issue of Better Homes and Garden magazine. It is a good read and interesting because up until recently all research has been done on men's heart disease and it has been assumed that women are just smaller but the same. Not true.

the article in the actual magazine talks about some other interesting things - like how women should not use the same formula as men when exercising as far as their heart rate goes. we have smaller arteries - this also causes problems with stress tests because it can give false positives.
