Food/activity tracking w/o 1/17
Kim started a thread like this last week but I just saw it so didn't get to do it. I thought I would start one for this week. I think if I have to post what I am eating for others to see I might make better choices. I am also going to track my activity here. That is one thing I really have to work on. I am doing WW so I'll put my points in (). BTW, if I'm not doing good I give you all permission to fuss at me. LOL!
Monday (1/17) -27pts
B - none
Lunch - pizza (7pts)
Sn - 100 cal. cheeze its (3pts)
D - Lasagna (9pts), garlic bread (4pts)
Sn - 1/2 c ice cream (4pts)
water - 24oz
exercise - none
Tues (1/18)
B - none
L- pizza (7pts)

Michele, I noticed you are down 12.8, that is Awesome!!! way to go!

Thanks! I have to admit that loss has been over several months. I have lost and gained the same 3-4 lbs. This is the year I will do what needs to be done though. I have 34lbs to go. My spot:
B - Nothing, slept in late
L - Shrimp (4), chicken (3), salad with dressing (2)
Sn - Skinny Latte (3) and Coffee Cake (9) *my big splurge for the day
D - Planning on left over beans and rice, and possibly shrimp
