I will check again tomorrow, but as of today I was down 1lb this week, 5lbs since I started on the 5th or so Smile

I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning, but I just did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 1.5 miles. I ran for a part of it. Totally threw up a bit. Not like Biggest Loser, but I did throw up. Hopefully that's a good thing! Laughing

I had my WW weigh in yesterday and was down .2 (two tenths) lbs. not great but I'll take it.

I think I'm in rebel mode right now....the words diet, calories, points, exercise ect ect make me hungry, LOL!!! I just totally devoured a handful of cookies....WAY TO GO ME! This is frusterating I guess this what I get for being so lucky for being a double zero and 94lbs after 2 children......the weight doesn't go away as easy now.....

I am down 1.2 lbs. this week for a total of 4.8! While it's not a huge loss for this week, since I had two days of birthday celebrations in there I am proud of myself for sticking with my points when I had a huge chocolate mousse cake tempting me in the middle of the night!

This week no change Sad

So far just over 3 pounds. That usually happens with me, the first week is ok then the second and third down in wight loss and then it picks up again.

I am hoping to lose more next week. I have started a daily Wii Fit routine so that has helped me. I like it cos I don't have to go out in public to exercise.

i went to WW for the first time since before Christmas, and I'm only up .4, which I'll take considering how I ate for the holidays and my birthday. Now back on the wagon for a loss next week! Smile

I hope to do better this week! I will be drinking NO pop which I was pretty much doing anyhow until the last few days! I am trying to do the special k thing.....if I can just find something to do where I do nt look like an idiot to get me more active during the day I think I'd be alright. As silly as it sounds I wish I were still nursing right now....the pounds melted so easily then! I have that done like a science, lmao maybe I should treat my body like I am and instead of feeding for 30min every two hours...I could do something active to burn calories for a quick 30 min???? Sounds weird, sry guys I'm rambling this is so foreign to me. I'm used to being super skinny and able to eat what I want when I want and do little to nothing to keep the pounds off. I guess nearing the age of 30 isn't helping me any......

Tess- on the steroids thing try to drink a little more water than usual and you'll lose the water weight you gain with steroids.

I gained. I was up 2 pounds this week. Not surprising considering what I ate.

I am still down 3 pounds since January 1st.

Back to no eating after 6:30 at night. By weigh in, I should be back where I was last week.

I weighed on my moms scale while I was here and I stayed the same for the 6 days I was here. Given that we went out to eat constantly and it was her birthday complete with cake Ill take it.

I am up 1lb this week so far... I have been so off since Saturday. I need to get healthy AND stop eating junk just because I feel crappy.

So I talked to DH last night. I need something to motivate me. My trips to America always got me motivated and I might not be able to come out this year due to the crazy school schedules here in Germany.

Anyway, I told him that I wanted to take a cruise here. Not anything big, as we can not afford it. But the stipulation would be that i have to lose 25 pounds first. It will take me some time to do that. But during that time, I can start stashing money aside so when I accomplish my goal, I can afford the trip. Smile

So, that is what I am working for. I would love to say I can do it in three months time. But I am not sure that is possible for me. But no longer than June. That is my goal. I hope this helps me.

So make sure you keep reminding me about my cruise. I REALLY want to go on one.
