My Cinch! diet journey!

Post by Sara Laurent on Fri Jan 21, 2011 9:50 pm

Dear Cinch diet,
You had me at " You wont have to give up your morning cup of coffee or forego chocolate"

Is anyone game to try the Cinch diet with me!? I would LOVE a partner (or many!) while going through this Smile It seems like a totally wonderful, awesome, DO-Able way of eating!!!

Its a "diet" but not really.. its this awesome way of eating that will cleanse your body and get you back on track to eat healthier like we were intended to. It is great for losing weight the healthy way and its a 30 day program. After the 30 days you use the eating habits in your every day life to keep the weight off or just keep up the healthy habits. LOTS of organic foods, yummy spices, you can drink coffee and its MANDATORY to eat 70% darm chocolate once a day! There is more info if anyone is interested! It all sounds delicious and every meal is made in under 30 min most are made in 10-15.

You can also lose up to 8 lbs in the first 5 days !!!

Well today isnt half bad so far. I weighed in this morning when I woke up , scopped myself back up off of the floor then made breakfast.

Breakfast this morning was:

A scrambled egg with spinach, garlic, freshly cracked peppercorn and turmeric with a cup of raspberries sprinkled with nutmeg and sliced almonds and 16 oz ice water and hot green tea unsweetened. All organic!

I fast walked for an hour all around my neighborhood and worked up a good sweat. Drank 16 more oz. of water.

Then I came home just in time for my "snack" meal of the day.

My parfait with no fat plain yogurt, sliced almonds, fresh mint, fresh raspberries, cinnamon and nutmeg. ALL organic!

Now I am ready for a little nap then scrappy time. Yoga later this evening!

I read more about this diet. Sounds interesting... but it did say you have to have time to plan and make all those meals. They look good Smile
