Golden Corral?

Does this place actually exist? The commercials make it look so disgusting. I half feel like they're just ironic commercials for a place that doesn't exist, because why make commercials that are so incredibly unappealing.

we ate at one in Homestead FL on our way to the Keys last time.... PU!
But, we ate at another one in Punta Gorda that had amazing beef and desserts.

We can take you to one when you get to GA. Yes, they are disgusting... my SIL calls them the "Trough of Plenty."

They have one or 2 dishes that are ok. But its just a big giant buffet of usualyl greasy food.

yes they do exist. And no, I do not like them.

I miss a good Sizzler.

Oh yeaaaaahhhh, the beef tips at Sizzler were so awesome.... do they even exist anymore? None around here in FL that I know of. BUt then, we don't have much at all. I heard today we are getting a Jimmy Johns sandwich place. Not much fast food/on the road food here.

I think they are out of business. There was a GIANT one right next to my college campus and i totally miss it.

We had commercials here for a couple years before they finally built one. I haven't been there though.

It makes my stomach uneasy just watching. :/

I've been to them.......they are hit and miss 95% are disgusting like cafeteria food. Theres one in Colorado that used to be good though....but I don't live there anymore, so useless to me

I don't recall ever seeing a commercial. The new Golden Corral here actually has pretty good food but it's definitely not a place you go for the ambience!

I actually like Golden Corral. Its weird and white trashy but the food is usually cafeteria style food and I like the variety. I esp. love it for breakfast!

When I get lunch there I eat roasted chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, crab salad, rolls, etc.

The commercials are scary!

I don't ever remember commercials either. Meaning, back when I lived in America.
