What are you working on today?

My hybrid cards are printing while I catch up online and have my coffee then I'll head upstairs and pull some embellishments to go on them. I was thinking of adding paper fan flowers until I realized those probably won't go through the mail very well.

I need to work on my Christmas cards .. I am almost done

If I can get my stuff together, we're going to the store to grab ingredients for cookies...

Then, we're working on Bella's teachers' gifts.

Then we're going to see Santa.

If I get 75% of this accomplished, I'll be happy!

I am sitting here getting ready to work on my exam for my SW class. Julia is still sleeping, but I'm afraid that if I start something, she will wake up.

Today I hope to actually do something crafty. I want to get the scrapbooks for my bridal party done for Christmas and I want to start a project for the challenges here for January, and I want to do that doily project. The good thing is that I am almost done with my fall semester so I will have time soon!

I *hope* to do my Christmas cards today.

I need to sit down and pay some bills first. Then I was kind of hoping to head out to Hobby Lobby but there's quite a bit of snow on the ground. Not sure I'm up for that but we'll see. Maybe dh will take me when he's done snowboarding.

I know I'm not going to get anything done today. As soon as Jeff gets up and out of bed, I'll have to start getting ready to do down the shore. So for now, I'm gonna try to organize some of my stuff and maybe get some pictures taken.

I've been addressing some Christmas cards and now I'm going to go make at least one of those wonderful challenge ornaments!

I've been up and cleaning and catching up on laundry since 9am. We bought Ina Labor Ready housekeeper and they sent a guy so Paul is all pissy. My guess is if I can ever get through putting away more than amonths worth of laundry I may just may get some free time.

I did put up a white christmas tree in my studio I am going to decorate with orange and teal ornaments to match. The tree is so nice I wish I had gotten the six foot vs the four

I went out with a girlfriend for lunch/breakfast and just got home a bit ago. I plan to playing with my scrappy stuff soon!

here's what I've been working on:

I made two of these cards .. the santa is from the Jolly Holidays cricut lite cartridge, the stamp is one of those $1 ones from Joanns



and I made one of these, not real happy with this one
his base is white so I should have used a darker background instead of the vanilla. I did outline it but not real happy with how that looks. The elf and his wagon are one image, the tree is another image, both cut from the Jolly Holidays cricut lite cartridge. The stamp is SU



I also addressed these and several other Christmas cards (20 in total)
it's still snowing here .. I'm thinking we'll get more than the 10 inches that were predicted .. I'll go back to crafting after I finish watching the WI/Marquette basketball game

Cute cards! I like the outline around the elf. It helps him stand out from the background.

We're still home, I made a photo frame for our friends that awe are going to see. We're gonna leave in about an hour.

I think im gonna have to use my iPhone to take pictures tonight. I don't think I can carry my regular camera on my shoulder.

I am working on something!!! I got the paint out and am actually crafting. My mom was working on some really cute tags and it inspired me to say to hell with my list of must do's for the day and actually do something I wanted to do.

So, Julia is napping and I am painting!

I wrapped three gifts for my Dad using K's idea for the crop and forgot to take a pic of them before I got them all packaged up for shipping.

I do that sometimes! I think its a great way to keep your creativity up. Rotate between what you have to do and what you just feel like doing

I actually did some papercrafting today for the first time in months!
I finished 28 Christmas cards before I ran out of light cyan in the printer and I made 8 tags. Just gotta upload the pics.
