Oh no! Not more bad weather up there. You guys get all the bad stuff where the Gulf air collides with the northerlies, ack. Stay safe.
My folks are driving down from NC today and they will have to drive through it, which is worrisome.
Sara, I saw this lovely new paper yesterday that reminded me of you--- let me see if I can find a photo to post.

It does seem like we get all the bad stuff! I am not looking forward to another hurricane around these parts, its only a matter of time I suppose. I have a drs appt today at 2:30 but I am going to cancel it because I dont want to drive 45 min in this mess!

Morning girls! Sorry you are having bad weather Sara! We are getting rain here today. As much as I hate rain, it's better than snow and it's also melting the snow we have here!!!

Today Julia is going to spend some time with her Bushia (Polish grandma) and Kacie and I are going to a movie. I also want to do a bit of shopping too. Then after the movie I am hoping to go to a Mom's sale to look for some things for Julia.

Hanging out in bed today. Going to the doctor around 3. Bella is enjoying every minute of being spoiled by her west coast grandparents. Rainy day today, so I don't feel so guilty about spending it in bed. Gorgeous weather is coming this weekend, and i'm really looking forward to it!

Hope everyone is feeling better today and that all the weather is somewhat cooperating with you.

I'm starting to cook dinner now so it'll be ready "in time."
We had two big explosions that shook the house at 11:55, and i still don't know what happened--plane crash? Fertilizer plant blowing up again? Meth lab kaboom? Earthquake due to sinkhole? So far, so good. Scary!

Crazy! I'm up and about. My friend comes home for spring break today, so I have to go pick her up in a couple hours, but then we're going out for drinks later!

The weather here is AWFUL!!! Just got home from work early, 2 tornados have touched down in my town alone! Expecting more until late evening.... Ahhh I am a nervous wreck! Good ole' FL homes... not a single interior room in my whole darn house, no basement and all my bathrooms have windows in the showers.

Poor Sara... been watching, just saw Crestview where a elem school child was hit by lightning inside the school, and the touchdowns. Scary!!!
I'm sure you will be fine, know it's horrifying, hang in there, be safe...

Yeah the lightning has been seriously intense all day. I cant believe what happened to that poor little girl! I have no coat closet, the only thing that I can think of is my laundry room, its attached to my garage though so idk if that will be good or not.

Sara, if you have a hallway that would be ok to, if you need a quick place.

Last year we had 2 here and it scared the S**T out of me.........I was on the phone with DH and one came out of no where........I casually told him oh darn it's hailing outside and then the next breath the hail was hitting the windows and everything so hard I said I have to go nooooooowwwww. I grabbed my youngest DD who is still home with me and booked it to the basement into our shelter and sat there trying not to cry and scare her. But I knew That DH was at work with no shlter what so ever and tomake it worse at that very moment my kids had walked about 1/2 mile from the school to our local park for feild since it was their last day of school. My poor children as well as the whole school had to run back to school in softball sized hail and sit in the boiler rooms (our school was built in the eary 1900's...no tornado shelter's) anyhow they sat there for more than an hour so crouched on kid moved his head a bit and bonked my DS in the face busting his lip pretty badly.......well actually really bad, lol he looked like Angelina Jolie, lol! Anyhow scray scary scary but it ended up being ok but 98% of the town had severe hail damage to their cars and we all needed new roofs. I hate those darn things, and now I'm going to be worried about you all day Sara!!!!

I have decided if we have another summer with weather like last year, I would like to move underground, lol......seriously the sound of the weather alert on the radio and tornado sirens still haunt me, lol.....

Not to make it worse I'm just rambling.....ok done now, lol

I hope everyone with bad weather hunkers down and stays safe! Ive lived trough one tornado and its not something I ever want to go through again.

Im home sick trying to rest up. So super stuffy and the stormy weather is just making me feel all achy and the change in pressure is killing my head.

i did scrap the last two days while i was off sick. working on AAM and loving it.
and i did catch up on PLM at the crop saturday. the chick next to me really liked the idea so I hope she comes to see us!

I keep writing a post for this thread and I get distracted.

Took Kass to her 28 week check up. All is well. She starts going every two weeks now. It is just moving along so fast!
