Food tracking w/o Jan 3rd
Okay since some of us are trying to eat healthier - a place to food track!
The idea is no judging! Just a place to be accountable and to get menu ideas from others.
You can track WW Points, calories, or just your food. However you do it.

Tuesday (home sick, weird day) & I wasn't "on program" but I am tracking it!
L:
Shrimp (3), butter sauce (brushed on so I guessed 1 pt)
Clam chowder (5)
Coke (5)
Garlic biscuit (6)
D:
Tiny bit of casserole (3?)
almond milk, Life cinnamon cereal
3oz grilled chicken
Sweet Tea
Used all my points plus 3 flex or whatever points
Wed
B/L - Skinny Caramel Macchiato (2pts??? need to look up new pts)
Sn - Non-fat Caramel Macchiato (2pts) (didn't finish either one so less pts but waste of money! lol)
D - McD's fries, 8 nuggets, small coke
4 pts left for a snack!

Kwell now that I am writing down what I eat.....uhhh no waonder I don't loose weight, lol

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee and a mt. dew......
Lunch: haha 3 cookies my neighbor brought over 1 cup seasoned red potatos and 1 1/2 cup of steamed green beans.....errr both loaded with salt
Dinner: 1 1/2cup baked zitti, salad with about 1 1/2 tsp italian dressing, dinner roll, ice tea

I love WW ... I didn't eat all day because I was not feeling great and not hungry. So I had enough points to splurge on McD's for dinner. I really love that WW has that flexibility!

That's what I like too Bree! Like last night I wanted oreos before bed because I was crabby and needed something like that to cheer me up. I had my weekly points that I could use, so I had my cookies without feeling guilty and then started fresh today!
