Okay Souper Girls! I thought it would be great to share 1 or 2 short term fitness goals we each have. It can be anything from drinking more water to losing 10lbs to walking more.

I like to think of this as the same as when I set objectives at work. They should ideally be Focused, Measurable, Achievable.

My short term goal is to get back on WW - journal my food, stick to my points. I have been doing it for 3 days now and its been super easy! I think starting after the stomach bug made it easy! lol

i would like to lose 20lbs but would settle for 15. over this past year my metabolism has almost come to a hault!

Don't laugh--I want to be able to do one Buns of Steel fitness video all the way through without passing out. I haven't been able to do that since I was sick last December. Rather, I've been afraid to try.
That's this week's/month's goal.

I've done Wii Fit almost everyday this week. I skipped today although I may get on it for about ten minutes later tonight.

My other goal is to do at least a mile on the elliptical everyday.

Is it 5 times a week now??? I thought it was 3!

So I guess my goal is to exercise 5 times a week. And my January goal is to lose 7 pounds.

1. Exercise at least 20 minutes five times a week building to 30 minutes by the end of the month.
2. Fit comfortably into size 12 pants before the 26th when we leave for our cruise. (Still between 12 and 14 at this point.)

I know. They used to say 3x, but more and more stuff is saying to move more days a week.

My January goals:
1. Do some form of exercise 5x a week. (Wii Zumba and Wii Fit mostly)
2. Continue with WW and get into a food/tracking/exercise routine that works for me with school that I can continue all year.
