Mara- kickboxing

Kickboxing rocked! Such a great workout & the class went by quick. The instructor shared great information, was very patient & encouraging, and not so bad on the eyes . Today, I can feel it in every muscle in my body. Which is a good thing!

That sounds like you found a great class! I know in Zumba where you have to learn some basic moves a good instructor makes all the difference in the world. Im so glad you had a great time and that your instructor was easy on the eyes. That never hurts either. lol

Loved kickboxing! Great workout and a darn good way to work out aggression! It certainly worked wonders for me! Enjoy!
