Hello Thursday

Good morning Soupers! I am up bright and early for no apparent reason so I am enjoying my coffee and some Soup to start off my day. I have a meeting w/ my boss at a nearby school this morning then I am working from home. I love these days! Going to take a spinning class tonight for the first time in over 4 years. I think my body might rebel from the change in exercise routine...first kickboxing (which I am feeling all over this morning) and now spinning. I hope I don't fall off the bike.

Thunderstorms here today. I'm taking elementary students through the museum today, they are studying abstract art and doing a glass project.

Good morning! Busy day today getting the house ready for my Thirty-one debut party tonight and salon appointments for Kacie and I.

my coworker wants me to help her organize today...I'm so not the person for that but I told her I would help
tonight is kindergarten round up for Kenzie-I can't believe it!!!!!!!!

Good morning! not much to do today, I need to get a few shopping list organized for my trip this weekend with kids sizes ect. I need to adhere a page I made yesterday and iron my hair the rest of the day is pretty free WOO HOO....That almost never happens, lol!

Feeling Thursday today. I haven't had a full night's sleep all week, and it's wearing on me -- both physically and emotionally.

No sleep = no running in the morning. And my afternoons have been so jam-packed that I haven't run then either. All in all, a crappy exercise week.

On a positive front... and I need to work on the POSITIVE today...
1. Zumba tomorrow night with Mara! (I cannot wait, girl!!)
2. Studio Cruise on Saturday night -- all of the artist studios in the area where my husband has his studio are opening up for the night. It's a fun event!
3. Bella staying overnight with her grandparents on Saturday -- Mommy gets a much needed night/morning off!
4. I've been watching my food really well this week and several people have noticed that my pants look looser and my belly is smaller (and have said as much). Hooray! I'll take it!
5. One more week until my weekend at the Scrap Cabin. Then a massage the following Monday.

As for now, I'm going to relish these next few quiet minutes before my second graders descend upon my classroom.

Good morning ladies!

Spin kicked my bottom yesterday! Ran a mile then took a 1.5 hr spin class with Mrs. Rambo (Hi pardon me while I take my shirt off and let my muscles punch out your eyes as I make you feel inadequate as a fellow woman) Needless to say I took a 2 hour nap yesterday afternoon after limping to my car and almost falling over in the shower.

@ Katie- BUY A GEL SPIN SEAT COVER FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY !!! (And your poor sit bones!)

Dont get me wrong though, I am pretty much addicted to spin now, its an amazing workout and Ive upped to going Mon, Wed and Fri !

try.to.figure.out.what.to.make.for.dinner.tonight kind of day

I'm working as usual. The crunched truck got towed away this morning. Really hoping it's not totalled.

Im a little through half way through my day. Ive got Zumba tonight then work tomorrow then a 2 hour Zumba thon with my good friend Tess then a Blythe meet plus an art tour on Sat.

I can not wait for some fun stuff to do!

i made it through a few calls but DH went out of town and two sick kids are not going to let me get any work done
so, it is a sick day for me.

Kind of a quiet day for me...
Went to Michael's and scored with a bunch of Xmas embellies...$0.01 each! Also picked up a few Halcraft 2pk tiny glass marbles (clearanced .99/ea!). Oh, can't forget the ribbon! Plus some more Vday goodies to make teacher gifts. Using the fortune cookie idea! Thanks for sharing that!
DD is going for a play date after lunch until 3. Woohoo!!! Off to make a bday card.

Howdy all...
I fell down went boom outside the museum today and banged up my knee really badly. I was waiting for 100 kids, so I had to just suck it up and lead the tour for an hour. It's not too bad, just a huge ugly swollen bruise on my kneecap. Doc says it's just a bruise, nothing to do but ice it and moan about getting old.... whine.
Rainy here. Really rainy. I'll take it over snow, tho.
I'm ready for the crop tomorrow, woohoo!

I had a huge herd of 5th grade boys... and they were awesomely well behaved for 5th grade boys.
I'm sitting in the dark being grateful for my laptop battery because dh has the power turned off to all the receptables in the house while some work is being done-- no power, no lights, all dark as night.

Good evening! Celebrated DD#1 and DD#2 birthday tonight. They are 11 today and 17 tomorrow. Ive had enough cake for a while. No scrappy mojo lately. Hoping for my scrap club kit to arrive tomorrow and maybe the new goodies will get me going.
