Re: Japan. omg!
I heard about it but have not seen anything about it since I do not watch tv. My cousin is in Tokyo right now and I immediately worried about her and her family. But she has already updated on facebook that they are all right.
I think I need to turn on the TV to be in the know. But it will have to wait for tomorrow.

yeah scary!! There was one in China sometime in the last 24 hours as well killing 22 people...
I have a old student of mine still missing from the NZ quake and now the quakes seem to be happening all around us here...
Hong Kong does not get quakes but we did have a small one in Nov... so a bit fearful...the one in China was not really far away..

re: tsunamis
Just heard from BIL Chuck, they are at sealevel on Oahu, and are being evacced in the next hour. They've already lost cell service in parts of Hawaii, and are running out of gas.
Still waiting to hear from my aunt, who is on the beach at Maui.
