Monday Dinner - Who's eating what :D

I'm making bbq pulled chicken sandwiches tonight; but much much later--I had the great idea of baking a cake in the middle of the afternoon.

Now I'm not too hungry, and I dont think I will be for a while!

veggies and rice...I'm on a five day restricted diet and I'm soooo hungry!!

Our church is doing a five-day beans, rice & tap water challenge. That's the only thing we're supposed to eat since most of the world subsists off that and give the money that we're saving from not eating our normal meals to an organization that helps with World Hunger. Beans make me gag & throw up, so I'm substituting veggies instead.

Nothing.
DS got suspended from school today and I am nauseous.



I ate a handful of grapes, that's it.

Me too. He also used a very very ugly word. Not one he hears at home, that's for sure. This was an out of the blue thing, he's never been in trouble like this.

Alecia, everyone gets in trouble once in a while. I'm sure it will all work out.

Abs - bean and rice is a complete protein, but veggies and rice has no real protein so be careful to not end up sick... KWIM?

We went out for Mexican so I had guac with chips, some soup, and a beef taco. Yum!

Alecia I'm so sorry to hear about your son.

I cooked green beans, mashed potatoes and bratwurst. Quick and easy. I also threw together a lemon loaf and the bread machine is beeping at me. It's so good when it's hot!

I would die during that time. I don't eat beans, or rice......

For dinner, I just got home by nine, so I'm having some ice cream. Luckily it's low fat, sugar free so it's pretty decent However, I did absolutely terrible as far as eating an actual meal today.
