Ive wanted a steampunk inspired doll for a while and love what my fav doll customizer has done with her

You know, I've had supplies here for months for casting eye chips with gears in them but just haven't gotten around to making them yet.

Yep DB I think Ill eventually send her somewhere to get saran streaks added to her hair. I bought those Tim Holtz gears and want to see if one of them is small enough to put under the clear chips from Coolcat. If they are Ill give that a try.

Simplicity JUST released official patterns for them. I learned to make a basic skirt but totally need some more lessons. Buying clothes is as expensive for people as it is for these little dolls. It's crazy!

I have the patterns but haven't done anything with them yet.

She freaks me out a bit but not because of the punk or piercings... its the stuff all over her face. But those eyelids are amazing!

The artist who did her does the most amazing dolls in my opinion. I want to have her customize 4 more of my dolls.

I'm with Bree, tho--the splatter gets to me somehow.

I do like the amber toned eyes of some of these dolls, neato, like cats!
