Good morning, Cindy!!!!!

have I mentioned how warm it is here? It's 50 degrees. all the snow is gone

Amazing, and Sara is freezing up there...
it's almost 70 here today, but our winter is over. I hope.
The kids got to play in 11 inches of snow in NC this past week, they loved it for about an hour, then decided it was cold. !!!

well, the temp is supposed to drop all day until it is in the low 20's by late tonight and then it will stay there for a while...

I'm glad that your winter is over Alecia! Unfortunately, I think ours is about to really begin!

Shhhhhh...don't tell them that. Let them be jealous for a little while. The sun is shinning too (which unfortunately will just make the temp drop faster with the lack of the cloud blanket)

Alecia-I need it warmer in FL...I'll be there in 2 weeks, can you fix that for me

I'm sleeepy. I didn't go to bed too late, but i'm just so tired today.

I need to get myself motivated to do something.

Kim you've got to have faith. The "January thaw" is a couple weeks early so maybe that will bring everything early...like maybe spring (remind me I said this when there are snow flurries in May )

The 50's was nice yesterday. Hated seeing all the snow get washed away by the rainstorm. Now it's COLD....

it was a short night...dang dog had me up at 6 a.m. to go out and I didn't get to bed until almost 2 a.m.! then, the absolute strangest thing happened...I let Ozzi out and heard this weird cracking sound near the front door..it sounded like ice was hitting the door so I walked over and watched, literally watched as my entire front doors pane of glass shattered!!! I will have to take a picture of it to show you, it is the freakin' strangest thing I have ever seen!!! It's like a million little veins all going in different directions....so, now tomorrow I have to call a door guy and see about how I handle fixing this..ugh!! What a start to 2011 huh?

did someone shoot a BB at the windowpane? or did it freeze? How odd!!! and a little scary!

leslie, it got up to 62 here yesterday, so nice, then we had nite time thunderstorm

i was up till 2 and slept in til 9. kids still aren't up.

My wackadoo dh just drove the tractor into the dry lakebed... I say dry, but he's probably going to get it stuck in there trying to mow it...

no, no bb's...the only thing I can think of is that it was so unseasonably warm here yesterday (50's) and then the temps dropped fast and the glass couldn't take it...it is soooo crazy!!!

OK, I see smoke coming from the tractor at this point... guess I better leave the scrap table and make sure he doesn't flip upside down...
my kids are still in bed! lazy scoundrels...

isn't it!!?? I felt like I was in the twilight zone...

checking in again. We have 3 out of 5 beds moved. the upstairs looks like a tornado came through. I should of taken a before and after picture. I am excited for the change out outcome of all our hard work.

I decided while working today that my one little word for this year is Change.
