1.4 Talk Tuesday

Tuesday talk is our weekly thought provoking question. You can choose to answer here in the thread or blog your answer and link back here! It's a way to get you to jump start thinking a little deeper about certain things. Some will be serious, a lot of them will be fun and silly. Hopefully they will get you thinking about ideas for some creative projects in the future! And they will definitely let us get to know each other a lot better!

Our first Talk Tuesday question is:

What is your favorite word, and why?

Remember there is no right or wrong answer; and your answers might range from silly to serious! But the idea is to really think about the question, and think about why you feel that way.

My favorite word is Cat!

My alter-ego is a cat, and I go around the house saying the word cat all the time. Its a fun short word that you can say any time and make into songs very easily.

But I think the reason that its my favorite is mostly because I always smile when I say it!

Flurfy: My pups are ever so flurfy! This word is just sooooo not serious!

That's hard, some days I like "puzzle", because I do so many types of crosswords, jumbles, word puzzles every day...
PLus, it's fun with the z's--puzzle, puzzle, puzzle...
But, I say "groovy" a lot. So it's a fave.
Perturb is also a good one. "Perturb." I use that a lot too...
Can we have more than one?

My is Yay! Cause everything I see that make me smile ) I want to sum up like that exactly! Yay! Cause I like smiling!

Loquacious is mine! Its my only fancy word I know really. I love how it sounds. And I learned it in a super funny book where a woman was going to be forced to marry someone by her father, she prayed to God to save her and protect her virginity and he gave her the ability to speak non-stop so the man rejected her The character was named Sister Mary Loquacious.

Plus it so aptly describes me. I even did a page titled this.

my word is participate. i want to make sure that my family and i participate more in what goes on in our area. we need to get out of our rut and do stuff!

Matriculation. It is just a fabulous word and it rolls right off the tongue. It always gets a reaction out of people. People either have no idea what it means or they are surprised that I do & can use it in the right context. Plus it has 5 syllables.

I use it all the time! Instead of "No problem" especially at work. It works well for me in lots of situations...and especially when I'm like, "Really, it is a pain in my a$$, but I will do it for you anyway because that's my job and that's what I do and how I operate" sooooo I will ABSOLUTELY change every appointment we have you down for next year and print it out for you ...here let me hang your coat for you, and then make you an espresso drink and a sandwich and I will have that right up for you. Would you like me to cut the crusts off the bread for you?

Oh that is great one... but I am more used to matriculated. Which I never actually use It does sound cool!

its how I answer the 'how are you' question, no matter what, and it always makes people do a double take

Lately I've been really liking the word authentic. It's been really resonating with me lately but I don't really say it. It's more in my head.

I do say crap a lot though. lol

And I blame the crackoon for my crazy moments. I kind of like that word.

i say absolutly all the time too!!!

but my fav word is DUDE, yup, DUDE. i say it to the dog, the boy, when im shocked, when im appalled, yup DUDE!

OOO, I also use FANTABULOUS! When people ask me how is my day....sometimes Absolutely Fantabulous!

I also like the word Smarmy but I never use it really... since most of friends are not smarmy.

LOL! Me, too!

I've been pondering this for much of the day, but the big word right now is probably "crackass" or "crackalackish" or something to do with "crack." And, of course, there is always, "yo." As in, "Are you on crack, yo?"

And so... get crackin', yo!

I have been thinking about this all day and I am trying to think of a work other than a swear word, and I just can't think of one. Does that make me a horrible person?!? Oh well, it is just me I guess!

lol kim, my first thought was "eff" not the eff-word but actually, the word "eff"

I've been doing the same thing! Hoping someone else would use a swear word too

A word I use a lot is the F word. And by a lot...I mean...prolly more than 100 times a day. It's bad. I have a potty mouth

I use the word 'knackered' a lot cos I am always knackered, hehehehe.

I also use 'bloody' a lot, which isn't really a swear word

OMG I was going to post the same thing!!! Im even thinking of using it for my OLW. And my subset FanF@#$%^&Fabulous!
