OK, there are two ways to load them here from Flickr.
I think there is a tut somewhere on this board, but not sure, so here goes:
One way to upload:
Right click on the image you want to upload from Flickr
(Make sure you have edited it and shrunk it to a reasonable size first, usually 400x is a good with, less than 100k)
Once you right click, a pop up opens
select properties
there you will see a location code
block and copy the entire location code with select all, select copy
come here to your gallery thread, and open a reply box
select the icon above the reply box that looks like a tv (it will pop up as "image" when you run your cursor over the icon)
it will give you a pop up to insert your code and save/send/submit
then save your reply and doublecheck it by looking to see if it worked
your location code should always be between the [img ] and [ /img] codes

hope this helps... in photobucket and some photo saving sources, when you select the photo you want to upload, it will give you a series of codes below it that you can block and copy and skip the right click process...
