What are you up to today?

well i just posted it all on the scrappy thread. lol
my brain stopped working about a day and half ago

We're getting more snow, or something that resembles snow. It looks a little more like sleet...

I have 2 basketball games to attend to today....I don't get to go that much to the boys games because we are working and Todd coaches so he has to go so I'm excited but at the same time I have so much to do but Jordan/Todd's game is at 10am, then we will grab some lunch, I'll turn over the laundry and maybe try to at least start a LO and then I'll go to Jamison's game at 2pm

the rest for the night will be packing, laundry and cleaning

why is it I have to have a spotless clean house and I won't even be home to enjoy it

but it sure is nice to come home to a clean house

I think I have a cold...boo! Went to bed feeling stuffy and icky so I woke up with a headache and super puffy eyes. I am going to go out and get myself some food and read for a bit.

I have birthday shopping and cake making today. Tom and I might go the the RV show, too.

Going to a surprise 40th bday party for a dear friend tonight! Have to make a card...how does '40 and Fabulous' sound?

...it's hard to believe it's 40 this year for me and pals I grew up with. whew! Planning to make it a good year!

Today I start my last year in my 20s! I remember when 29 seemed old, not anymore! Although I do feel a little old.

Julia, my mom, and I are going to Kohls, Toys R Us, and then grocery shopping. Then tonight Lou and I are going to dinner. Lou is working overtime today. I'm kind of sad that he said yes to working overtime without asking if I minded if he worked on my birthday, but whatever!

I didn't have any problem with turning 30...I guess we will see about 40...I have a few years to make sure that I am in a good place by 40.

I am heading to a friend's house today to visit. I haven't seen her for a long time. I'm super excited. We aren't doing anything exciting...just visiting.

I didn't mind turning forty at all. My thirties were devoted to my children, in my forties I have had more time for myself, and I am really looking forward to my fifties being even better.
I was a bit disappointed that no one made a big deal of my 40th birthday.
NOTE TO KIM: I expect a big deal to be made of my fiftieth in 2012!

Just checking in before I work around the house. It's totally out of control right now.
Maybe a movie tonight. Our local one-movie theater is showing Fair Game. Anyone know anything about that one?

Just got done with sports and now I am planning on being a scrappy slug all day!

Mon - i know another movie titled "fair game" that my husband loves. because it has Cindy Crawford in it lol

I was a trainer at a Outdoor Leader training weekend for all levels of Scouting when it was my 40th birthday. They baked me a cake in a Dutch oven and decorated it with M&Ms

For my 50th, Jeff and Karoline surprised me by showing up during the campfire program I was MCing at our Council's Cub Scout Mom & Me camp.

I promise to not be doing anything Scouting on my 60th birthday
