Monday Dinner--What's the plan? Empty Monday Dinner--What's the plan?

Post by rukristin Mon Mar 07, 2011 1:17 pm

I know its only lunchtime on the east, and earlier everywhere west of here; but I was wondering what everyone is having for dinner.

We're gonna get thai food for lunch, so I really should make something for dinner, but I'm really not sure what I want to cook.

Anyone making anything good?

Monday is a fend for yourself night around here. Liam goes straight from school to kickball to gymnastics, home at 6:30. Then it's quick eat something and do homework before it's time for bed. I usually eat at 8:30-9 after the boys are in bed. Kris and Mason grab something while I'm at gymnastics with Liam.

I am making chicken meatballs with gravy (Lipton soup and canned cream of mushroom) over rice. And I got some zucchini to go with.

OK, so I made three things, and dd wants me to bake flounder again (ugh! did that last night!) and ds and dh want turkey sammiches.
What's the point of me cooking? None!
From now on they eat leftovers. Period.
