Weight Change Group!

Okay ONLY if you are interested...

Lets track and be accountable for either lbs we have lost OR % of weight lost. Your choice. If you want to do a weight-loss tracking here on the Soup to be accountable, just sign up and then each Friday we will post here. Make sense?

We can start tomorrow and post the first official weight loss a week from tomorrow.

If you don't want to post weight change, no problem! We promise to still do a weekly check-in in general and I will post some topics to keep us all talking and supporting each other. This is just for those of us who want to do a weekly weigh in.

So basically, we keep track of our own weight. No one else will see it, right? we just share how much we lose or gain each week. Do I understand correctly?

Yes! Unless you want to send it to me to be more "accountable" but yes we can just share our lb or % loss.

I don;t mind just doing pounds or percentages. But if I find I need someone so I am more acountalbe, then I will share my weight with bree.

I'd have to share pounds. It'd take me too long to figure out percentage! :giggle:

yeah, I am not doing math beyond addition and subtraction. Too much for my brain. And really, I only care about the pounds.

OK, I want in. Not sure yet if I'll be sharing my actual weight, my weight loss in pounds, or percent, but I'm already feeling more accountable, so hopefully this will do the trick!

I weighed myself yesterday so I have a starting weight, I will be posting my lost or gained pounds weekly. I working in pounds the numbers are higher. So if I lose 2 kilograms it's around 5 pounds. This will keep me motivated for sure

I WANT to be in a motivated place...but my mind is so not caught up...my want and my willpower are not in the same place. Anyway...maybe if I join you, somewhere along the way, they will catch up to each other.
