Mine - I logged my food T/W/R/F
Challenges for me will just be staying OP and keeping this top of mind. But I am down 2lbs already so I am super excited!

Ohhh good thread!
1. I made much healthier eating choices (I think- this WW thing is confusing). I don't know if it's helping...yet but Im sure it will!
2. I need to make sure I get my exercise in!

Yay!
1. I am doing well with WW points. It is making me think about what I eat and keeping me from shoving crap in my face just because it's there!
2. I need to figure out my workout plan. I like doing Zumba, but I hate working out in front of people!

For me, I try not to eat after 6:30 at night. This is a big factor for me. If I can do it, I see a difference on the scale each day. If I don't, well, it is not pretty.
This last week, I saw a 3 pound loss so far, as I started on Sunday.

Actually got on the scale this morning after I posted. I am down 4 pounds, not three.
I celebrated by eating at McDonald's. I am sure that will affect my scale tomorrow.

That's my goal, only it's about 7:30 for me with lots of water. I'm going to allow myself one or two glasses of lemonade a day, so I'm not just drinking water all day.

Abby, I bet you see results if you can do it. It is hard for me, as I want to eat at night. But it is worth it when I don't.

I did it before when I was losing weight for my 10 year reunion. I just need to reset my mind to it!

1. I don't eat after 6:30pm and I drink lots of water which is pretty easy for me as I have always drunk lots of water.
2. Start exercising regularly.

Hmm, my goals are:
1. I already walk an hour a day, 5 days a week. I want to start actually using my 15 minutes break, to go for another mini walk during those times.
2. To only snack on/eat what I bring in my lunch bag to work. No visiting the break room and snacking on junk that vendors send in.
It's weird, at home I'm fine with the snacking or whatever, but at work, I'm bored, so it's just mindless munching.

I thought of something else that I want as a goal. I want & need to start taking my vitamins regularly. I don't, and I know that I don't get enough in otherwise.

I was proud of myself today... the boys ventured out in the snow and only Steak n Shake was open so I only got soup and plan to just eat healthier food I have home. I didn't want to use the snow as an excuse to eat bad.

Ive noticed the longer I try to eat healthy the more likely I am to splurge less or in a more healthy manner

Yeah, poor Thomas blew it today and I KNOW HIM he will whine about it later. He had a shake, fries, and patty melt. I had veggie soup
I am going to eat my left over spaghetti and meat balls. Its not super lean, but its real food and pretty healthy.

Ive gone out to eat a number of times in the last few days and have made better choices than I usually do. And I woke up early to get my run in before Scrapbooking Sat.

I haven't had a Coke/Soda since Friday and I'm not really craving them either AND I've only had one minor caffeine headache!

What kind of soda (was really hard not to say pop) do you normally drink? When my dad started drinking diet pop he had to switch the kind completely instead of just switching to diet because he couldn't stick to it that way. He went from Mt. Dew to Diet Coke. I am the same way and that has helped me a lot. There is no way I could drink Diet Mt. Dew. If I am going to have it, I need the real stuff!

Good job! It is hard to choose to eat something healthy when people around you are eating something all fatty and greasy and wonderful!

Wild Cherry Pepsi is my favorite thing on the earth...and my mom and Jeff both bought me a case for Xmas
So now that I've finished it, I'll only buy a bottle once every couple weeks.
Soda really helps during pms though.

It does! And it's not bad to have it. I know that my Mt. Dew is 3 points and I just have to make the choice of that OVER something else, not in addition to another treat.
