1.27 Thrifty Thursday Alphas Stickers

Hello my name is Mara and I have an alpha addiction.

I have tons and tons of them and I am trying to use them all up. One of the ways that makes it easier is the fact that I buy most of them in white and then I color them to match my layouts. I use paint or markers (or even stickles) depending on which thickers I am using. I think markers were best on the foam and paint for chipboard. The fabric ones work just fine with either paint or markers. If you are using chipboard alphas sand them little to help the paint stick

Its a great way to just have to buy white ones and non worry about it. You can then have any color you might need and save some money.

Thanks! Yep I used glossy accents. It took a while to get an even coat but I loved the end result.

What a great idea! I never think to buy white because I figure I won't use them.. Now I'll have a purpose for them!

Outstanding idea! Never thought to buy white letters! I'm doing the same with some flowers, making each custom to fit the task. Working so far!

Great idea, Mara...I have NEVER thought of doing that with white lettters. Chipboard, yes...white, never. Love it!
