Good morning!
I can't believe the week is already halfway through....
what are you up to?

Just got the kids off to school. Of coarse they were bickering all the way. But today is a good day. My dad comes home today!! He went into the hospital on Halloween night, spent 40days in the hospital (37 in ICU) and has been in rehab ever since. He is doing great now.
Otherwise, its just another day of house work, laundry etc. Hope to sneek in some time to work on those challenges.

Happy Wednesday everyone! Have some cards to make today. Oh, and can't forget the laundry!

I'm having general feelings of malaise.

Found out my BFF is flying to her former hometown for a visit this weekend -- after being invited to visit me. And telling me that she "just can't make it work." I'm seriously feeling lied to and unloved.

It's been a crappy few weeks at work, too, so I'm just feeling overwhelmed and upset. About everything.

Sorry to dump. I'm off to teach some kids and stick my chin up.

I am having coffee and a giant muffin that I shouldn't be eating for breakfast. Then I have to get ready to go work at my LSS today. Then after work major grocery shopping which I've been avoiding. We major shop once per month and go back weekly for fresh veggies milk and bread. So we are one of those at the check out with like 3 buggy's and a $700 bill UGHHHH, LOL!

Sooo I wake up and it is UNBELIEVEABLE outside !!!! Sipping coffee with the slider and windows open letting this gorgeousness in then throwing on some yucky clothes to go out and rip up the front yard and get ready to plant some flowers... P.S ... I ♥ you spring !!!!

Just got back from having my hair cut. Had a wonderful experience and love my new hairdresser.

So, I decided to skip school today. I was starting to get a bit emotional about being in school until after Julia goes to bed tonight and then leaving early tomorrow, so I am going to spend the day hanging out with her.

Great idea, Kim! I'm feeling the same way about my class tomorrow night. I'll see them for about 10 minutes between putting them to bed tonight and Saturday afternoon if I go. Maybe I don't really need to go?

good thinking Kim! Nothing beats a little extra snuggling time.

Hello! I thought I had checked in earlier and guess I didn't ???? Just got back from getting my greys covered so I no longer look salt & pepper..I am just too young for that.

Work as usual for me today. I know I say that every day but that's my life. But at least I can do it in my pj's. I was on a "no exertion for 5 days" rule from the dr. after the procedure on Friday and it's now Day 5. Woohoo! Although I'm still pretty sore but I feel better knowing I can start to go back to a normal routine. I haven't been out of the house since Friday!

Doing better this evening. Dinner out w/ the fam and snuggling with Bella were the best choices I made today. Thanks for all the hugs and kind words! I'm looking forward to a long weekend.

Watching idol right now and enjoying glimpses of my classmate, Aaron as he competes!

i am over the stomach bug but not the cold I got a while back so I see the doc tomorrow and hope i get some meds! I need to be healthy this weekend, damn it!
