ugh..don't feel good Empty ugh..don't feel good

I slacked off a week and you can totally tell. But the worst thing is I resembled the BL contestants on their first day today after working out on the treadmill. Perhaps it was the egg casserole. All I know is tummy hurts, throat hurts, and I have a massive headache.

oh geez I hope not! I feel better this morning, but did a quick 15 minute workout empty stomached. Headache is still here though.
