I gained 5lbs! UGH

So I am getting back on track. I tracked my food and bought healthy snacks and exercised a little bit.

Anyone else trying to get re-focused?

I definitely plan on walking my dog when the weather is steady and warm. I have a tough time tracking my food though.

me me me.

Ive gained 2lbs since the race mainly because Ive been eating out junk every day at lunch and haven't kept up my running.

My goal this week is to bring my lunch every day and get in all my Zumba-ing and maybe run once or twice.

I need an exercise buddy... since me and the bff had the horrible stuff going on that destroyed a lot of our friendship, I've been eating crap all day long and not going out to exercise...

Me too. So happy to be back at the gym after 3 and a half ahem!! Years. 5 kids take a lot out of you. I never thought I'd get back to regular exercise. Even brought my oldest last time. It's on the todo list for tomorrow. If I don't schedule it, I find I won't do it!

Back on the wagon! 175649

I was just talking to Kimbee yesterday about this. We are going to be buddies. I need someone to report to. Since my trip to America in September, I have gained 20 pounds. Yes, you read that right. I do this to myself every year. I lose it then I gain it. Here we go once again. Back on the wagon! 976224

for me it was like a light switch...about a month ago I said "I'm going to the gym" I've been obsessed with it ever since
I've never liked exercise and you would have to drag me to go
but now I can't get enough
I've lost 7 lbs...off to a good start
I just hope it continues...like I said I've never done this
I do the treadmill, elliptical and bike on Monday, Tuesdays and thursday ( I went Sunday this week too) and on Wed and Fri I do a hour swim class

Todd is taking me away this weekend for my birthday and I said "make sure the hotel has a gym" SERIOUSLY....I'm losing it Laughing

UGH. I so need to jump on this wagon... in a HUGE way!!!!!

I keep saying, "one of these days...." but that day has still not arrived. And I'm not getting any younger, certainly not getting any thinner/healthier like this!

Nick and I have been talking about joining our local community center (kind of like a YMCA, but not). It's right down the street from my house and I kinda think I would like going somewhere to work out. They have the pool and lots of exercise classes and weight rooms, etc. It would also be a lot more fun if Nick were going with me. We could get sex-ay together. hahahahahahahha!

So maybe that's the push I need. But I don't know. I'm half afraid to spend the money for that, and then not use it. Like most of my friends who have memberships to the Y! lol
