Monday:
B - slept in sick
L - 1/2 a roast beef sub, a bit of chips, iced tea
Sn - fiber bar, skinny cafe ole with chocolate
D - turkey on honey wheat bread, broc & cauliflower with a slice of 2% cheese
Sn - fruit and frozen fruit bar

Even if its just me I figure y'all reading it should keep me accountable lol

L - vietnamese - guessed it at 7 plus 4 for sweet tea
Sn - half a pb&j - not by best choice at 8pts!!!
Planned:
Dinner - two turkey dogs (6), one light bun (2), ketchup, baked beans (5)
Sn - Pineapple (0)
