So, I do much better when I track my food. While I am doing it on the WW website, I like to see some of the things that other people are eating to give me ideas for healthier choices as well!

SUNDAY
Breakfast:
Yoplait Thick and Creamy Light Key Lime (6)
String Cheese (2)

Snack:
Kettle Corn rice cakes (3)
Mt Dew (3)

Dinner:
California rolls (8)
pierogies (2)
asparagus (0)
water (0)

I used exactly my days worth of points, but I did not eat enough in the middle of my day. I need to remember to keep a healthy snack with me if we are going to be out and about all day.

MONDAY
Breakfast:
yogurt (6)
string cheese (2)

Snack:
rice cakes (3)
Diet Coke (0)

Dinner:
Cheese Ziti (11)
Water (0)

TUESDAY
Breakfast:
cheese quesidilla (7)

Lunch:
hotdog (2)
applesauce (2)
string cheese (2)

Don't have to do both Kim. Just seeing if anyone still wanted to. Smile

I ate so many pts on one meal today!

Eggs 5 English muffin 4 butter and jelly 4 bacon strip 1 and coffee 2

Interestingly the one piece of bacon was more than enough and made me a bit sick from the fat.

I want to track here still because it gives me ideas of things to eat when I see what other people are eating. I get sick of the same old thing everyday!

Oh, this might be good foro me to do. I am bad about tracking. Maybe if I post what I am actually eating I will think about it more. I don't think I would want to post what I shouldn't eat so then maybe I won't eat it.
