Off to start Banana Bread. I'll be back after i get it in the oven. I am making a quadruple batch. That is a lot of bread. lol

I only have today and tomorrow without him home!

Worked on the beaded bookmarks for the sitter...I needed to have 5 done for her today. Need to make some more but I have a few days to get those done. Now I have to get ready for work. I wish I had another day off but I do have the next 2 off so I guess I can't complain much.

Just checking the boards. Kids are out of school again today due to today's theme
SNOW!!! I am sure they will no go at all this week. I have a lot of wrapping to get done and some baking too and getting ready for a blog hop tomorrow.

School cancelled all week? Crazy! I can only remember one time that we had more than one snow day in a row

Well, all is quiet at my house now. 5 kids in bed, 2 sleeping. DH still not home. I am about to start playing Settler's of Catan on the computer. My latest addiction.

I have it on my phone, its fantastic. I've been meaning to get the board game for a while, but with only two of us in the house, I'd rather get a two player game, kwim?

they have the settler's of catan card game or dice game. Those are for 2 people. I don't know anything about them except that they exist.

oh, oh, oh.....how fun would that be if we played online together. I'll have to look into that on the site I play at.

Good afternoon! It has been a long day here. Drama at work and a phone call that my car will cost $1800 to get repaired. That really puts a kink in my scrappy spending.

OMG that sounds like a horrible day! That is a TON of $ (and more than my car is worth) so I can't even fathom having that much $ in car repairs!

I hate car problems, too! My Durango has seen better days but I "need" to get at least 9 more months out of it if not more. The idea of having 2 car payments and college payments for Kass makes me a little . So we are getting it fixed.

lets see....ran some errands this morning with mom. Our tv is on it's last leg so I decided to check out new ones at Best Buy. Got such a deal that I bought a new one! Yay!! Ran a few more errands, then came home and made Tam's Peanut Butter Fudge..it's yummy!! I'm tired now though, lol, think I might take a short nap...

My house is nice and warm again! I love the furnace man! he came this afternon, and it was a simple fix! Now I can take off the extra sweater and the hat I've been wearing!
