What kind of snacks are you adding in? Anything healthy?

I eat string cheese a lot. Kraft string cheese is 2 pts. (regular, not reduced fat)
I like a whole wheat tortilla with 1 tbsp of extra crunchy PB spread on it, then roll it up and eat (8 pts total)
Crap, a lot of what I eat for snacks is cheese and you don't eat cheese.

Look on the WW site for snacks. Rice cakes and nuts are good filling good point foods that are nice for snacks.

I love hummus as a more filling snack. I also love a piece of toast with PB. I find I start to crave fat if I am really sticking to my points and losing weight because I eat so much less fat on WW than I used to.

I also like have lattes or chocolate milk.

I went to Publix (grocery store) today because they had several things that are WW friendly buy one get one free. They had the WW snack cakes on this sale also. I got a couple of boxes that were 2 and 3 pts.

But once you have it down its just a super easy way to track what you eat.

Hope you made it to your meeting!

Thanks everyone for the snack ideas. I haven't really checked out their recipe section because so much of it is cheese.

With the free fruit thing Ill have to start adding some in (even though I don't really buy all fruit should be free)
