Whats up on your Tuesday

I have had an interesting morning.

Jeffrey (my older son) called me at 8:45am to ask if I could come over and take him to get a tire fixed for his car. No problem. I get over there and he can't get the flat tire off 'cause he has no jack, he has no tire iron, he has nothing. My Jeep jack won't work (after we finally trash it trying to find it)

I go into his house to play with the dog for a bit and notice it is really cold. Yeah, Jeff says, the furnace quit this morning. Have you called your landlord yet? I'm trying to get to work, he says.

He is all brains and no common sense. and that's why I love him.

Checking in again. 2 kids in bed. 3 more to go. As long as they are quiet and don't bother me, they can stay up a bit. One false noise....they are outta here.

my keyboard is wearing out and some keys just don't type, so I have to start proofing more closely and go back and put them in....
i was sending something the the public school officer earlier, and it wasn't pretty...

I just did our monthly budget for Nov and Dec and i spent waaaay tooo much (though i loved every minute of it) so I am making a list of stuff to sell including a couple of dolls.

I really want to do a yard sale this spring to sell a bunch of scrap crap

Today is gonna be a relaxing day for me. Jeff is building my desk and then I can move some of my scrappy stuff around.

My headache cycle came back a few days ago, so mornings suck. :/

Mara, I love doing yard sales. Makes me feel good. But they don't work here in Germany like in America. I wish Craiglist was popular here as well.

Good luck going through your stuff. I am starting making my list of things to sell as well. If we move, we have to sell almost everything again.

:yawn: I'm in our bookroom this afternoon looking up levels for books. My schedule is all wonky because our spelling bee coordinator is out sick, so I'm helping her and the asst principal in charge. The best part of my day so far has been the HUGE salad, white chicken chili, and guacamole I had for lunch. YUMMY!

Headed home in just over an hour to have dinner with the fam and to do some school work.

No new Glee tonight, so I should be able to get some serious.scholarly.writing done for Dr. Fantastic.

i have a 3 yr old and a 2 yr old - today's their first day back in 3 weeks since their baby sister was born.
AND, my good friend had her baby last night, so 3 of her other 5 kids are here.

Im torn between doing a yard sale and continuing to list things online. Maybe Ill have a virtual yard sale

I don't mind doing things online. I just do not want to deal with shipping.

T-So-they gave you nothing for the fluid buildup? I almost ALWAYS get an ear infection with fluid buildup...did he recommend taking a decongestant or anything? I usually take a sinus decongestant.
Amy-that is definitely insane! Way too many kids under the age of 5!!
My enter key is gone...and most of my keys on the far right side do not work. Makes for interesting typing.
Rummage sale would be such a great idea for me...I just don't have the time for it...it's such a process...but I tell ya-you list scrapping supplies and people come out of the woodwork!! BUT-they are looking for good deals...almost free stuff. And I have a problem selling all of my brand new stuff for that cheap.

Woke up to my lovely bully puppy barfing on my pillow....got the kiddos out the door....worked until 3 pm and then sent DS to baseball and my oldest DD to Volleyball & soccer. Now I gotta check on a BPS class and have a few minutes of MEEEE time!

yes, we had a two hour blizzard. long enough to mess up all evening plans.
