Definitely.
Cutting out soda helps me so much.
I also splurged a little bit when we went on vacation over the summer. We went to the Rhode Island School of Design store, and I bought a water pitcher and two cool glasses; so I always try to fill that up with water and keep it in the fridge. And I always want to drink out of it cause it looks cool lol.

That is a nice idea too! I was just thinking that I need a cool looking water bottle so that I will want to use it!

12oz of Mt Dew was 3pts. Now 8 oz is 3 points. Even a better reason to cut out soda/pop. But I still had a can today. And it was good! lol

Yes, cause last time I did WW it was 2 points and a Reeses PB cup was 3 points, so I had it as my 5 pt snack everyday. Which was cutting back for me since before that I would drink 2-3 20oz a day and a kind size reeses!

I almost did 30 minutes on the elliptical! I made it to 27 minutes and 3.3 miles before I cratered. Yesterday was 21 minutes before I stopped.

That's fantastic!!!! The eliptical totally kills me so Im in awe of your 3.3 miles!!!

mmmmmm Mountain Dew. LOVE mountain dew! But thankfully I don't drink soft drinks often. I am more of a water drinker. But I do get the occassional craving and then have Fanta or Mountain Dew.

The elliptical is a major workout. great job making it 27 minutes.

So last week was easy for me... I had just gotten thru being sick. This week, I am stuck at home and I am hungry all the time. So I am really working on being okay with being hungry sometimes. And I am working on reducing my soda so I have more calories for real food.
I am still doing okay, but its been a tough couple of days!

Bree, veggies have been my friend this week! While I don't get periods anymore with my BC, I do still get weeks where I have the munchies. I have been eating a lot of carrots to help with that.

Ive had the same problem! Im trying to really watch my points but i had a HUGE bowl of pasta last night. Its a good thing I have a treadmill as Im missing my Zumba too.
