How are you feeling?

I'm feeling good. I actually feel better physically than I do emotionally. I've been pretty emotional and not real social since I got home but I feel like that's doing better little by little. They say that's normal.

I've just been reading and resting.

The emotionality is very understandable. I keep thinking of you and counting my blessings over and over. Did the doctors ever figure out the problem?

Obviously diet and exercise play a role but only being 43 was surprising to them. I think we have to assume genetics also play a role. But since I only know history on one side of my family, I will probably never know for certain. And I'm not sure they're too concerned with why it DID happen but preventing it from happening again.

I can imagine the emotional roller coaster of thinking about all the "what-ifs". Try to rest, relax, and mend.

Ive been thinking about you lots lately and hope you are resting (emotionally and physically).

I am definitely resting. I can tell each day is better than the day before so that's a good thing. I'm more nervous than anything now. Every little twinge and I stop and wait for something to happen. They say that's normal too but it seems to weird to just go back to your life after something like this. But that's what I'm doing...slowly.

I do have a rash on my back at the moment so I'm thinking that's from one of the meds. It's kind of annoying. lol

How is Abbey doing Monica? I remember my sister got so freaked out when my dad had his heart attack but that was more because he had open heart surgery (triple bipass) and seeing him post surgery upset her. When I heard what happened I worried about Jason and Abbey as well. I know when I had my big surgery I know it was stressful for Thomas as well as for me.
