So I have dropped the ball lately but for anyone wanting to ...

Tell us HOW much you are down this week
and if you want overall from whenever you started

You can do it in lbs, inches, % of weight, whatever. The point is to 1) be accountable and 2) get support and encouragement!

I am down 1lb this week but not sure why! lol

That puts me at 6lbs for the year? I have to look back. I really need to focus because I need to lose 4 lbs for the doctor in the next month.

I had a craptastic February where I could just not loose weight (I actually gained a bunch back). Which I don't understand as I was within my points and exercising (I NEVER use my bonus points for the week or my activity points).

I lowered my points and am working out trying to get ready for the race in a week. So far it seems to be working.

For the year I am down 8.6lbs. Or about half of what I had hoped to loose.

Well I'm not smaller BUT however I did gain 3 pounds that I had lost back and I have managed to drop them again to return my weight back to 143 YAY!!!! Now I need to focus on loosing some more.........

I'm now down to hovering between 151.5 & 150.5. So that just gives me 3-4 pounds before I've officially lost 50 pounds at my heaviest preggers with Laura. I actually lost 2-3 pounds the last week of pregnancy because of bed rest.

But today I went to church in an outfit that everyone said I looked really good in. Made me feel real good. Then I went over to the MILs and found out the SIL, who had a baby 2.5 weeks ago is already back in her pre-pregnancy jeans. Gosh I hate her!

My mom sent me a link to a great weightloss tracker. You can have a public or private account and are able to track weight loss, count calories, keep a food journaling and a lot of other cool things. They have graphs and pie charts which really appeals to my inner nerd. Fat Secret

i hate being a slave to the scales... however i really do not want to have wedding photos I hate looking at...

Maybe I will join in here... but may just post how many calories I burned in my runs since i am trying to run more often...
