2.4 Weigh In
Reminder to WI tomorrow! Even if you want to join us late its all good! Just post your weight loss for the last week in lbs or % of weight - your choice.

Last I weighed in I was -3 pounds. I had a bit of a stomach bug this week. At least it was good for something other than feeling miserable! Will reweigh in the morning.

Jen- thats still a good week. I figure any week you don't do more damage is a good week

At my WI yesterday, I was down .6 lbs. Last week I said I was down .5 lbs but since I didn't go to WI last week and went with my scale, that makes me down .1 for this week. It's still down so I'll take it!
This week I am trying a new approach. We are going to Disney in April (10 weeks from this weekend) so I want to be down in the 140s by then even if it's 149.9. I normally consult my scale every morning so this week I am NOT going to do that. the only scale I am going to get on is the one at my WI meeting next Thursday morning. I came home yesterday from my meeting and got right on the treadmill. I had a meeting this morning but as soon as I got home, I got on the treadmill again. Big improvement for me! I am even drinking my water. I WILL track my WW points every day this week by writing them down in my tracker. I think I am going to get some shorts out that are too small and hopefully be able to get in them by Disney.

you go Michele! That sounds like a fantastic plan to get ready for Disney!! I know you totally can do this!

Michelle, that is a great plan! And putting it in writing is such a great way to keep yourself accountable.

Down .9. Wish it was more, but I was bad about watching my food this week, so my goal is to get better at that. I've been religious about exercising, so tackling the food is my next step to shedding the lbs.

ok, this will give you a laugh. I said in my earlier post I was going to get some shorts that I can't fit into out of the attic and make them my goal to fit into them by Disney. Well, I did and tried them on to see just how much they don't fit. My youngest dd (11yo) started saying "suck it in, suck it in!" Well I tried and the button popped off!!
That just made me more determined to get into them. I was also looking through our Disney album from last time we went (5yrs ago) and I think I was wearing those same shorts in some of the photos.

I think I am addicted to my scale because it is driving me crazy not to get on it. I need to put it away.
