How is everyone doing this week?

I am down 8.1 lbs this week! I am thinking that is too much of a loss for one week, but I have been more active this week and did not eat any of my extra points, so I am thinking it is ok. My goal for next week is to stay the same. I am down 12.9 lbs. since I started!

omg Kim that is FANTASTIC!!!! I have had a really crappy week and have actually gained weight since my last weigh in. Im hoping its a temporary thing as I am well within my point ranges and I even exercised a couple of extra days. I weigh in tomorrow but I am sure I will be up almost 5lbs Which makes my whole weight loss for January only 2lbs so I could but what can you do but keep going.

only -.7 pounds this week, but I had CFA twice so I'm thinking I didn't do well, BUT I did hit my -5 lbs goal for this month, so I'll take it!

I think I am flat this week... I can't remember my exact weight last week but I went up for like 2 days and then back down, then flat. I was not really doing my pts like I should this week so flat is okay but I need to get re-focused this coming week!
So overall I am down 5lbs since I started 3 weeks ago

Mara, you are still down for the month, so that is good! You went on vacation, it is expected that things would get a little out then. Just jump bak into things now that you are home and I'm sure you will be right back on track!
Bree, staying flat while being sick is a good thing. Food is my comfort when I am not feeling well, so I am proud of you for staying flat!

Aw thanks Kim. I don't feel bad about it but I also don't want it to be an excuse... like meaning I need to start fresh tomorrow.

Yeah, me either! I got on the scale, saw the number and got off to try again to be sure!

I am down 0.8 this week. At least it's a loss considering I went to the movies and had popcorn and maltezers. Had a coupld of bbq's. But DS goes back to school tomorrow so I will have mopre of a routine and this will definitely help me more.

I didn't make it to weigh in but I weighed at home and was down .5 lbs. I'll go with that.

Ok I gave myself an extra day and weighed in this morning. I am down .4 lbs from where I was 2 weeks ago. Not great but its better than the 5lb GAIN it was showing on Tuesday when I got home.
And I am on week 4 of my couch to 5k program and it had 2x the amount of running that I did last week. I didn't run very fast but I did run the all 16 minutes of it so I am pretty happy this morning!

After last week's gain, I'm happy to report that I lost THAT weight and then some... So I'm down a total of 3.3 pounds, but I lost about 4.5 pounds this week total! I'm celebrating with a run on our local greenway today.
