OK, so I don't know what I was last week. That is going to be hard for me, knowing what I was each week. But I do know I am down 5 pounds since January 1st.

I don't own a scale, but I'll go by Publix grocery today and get a base weight.

I'm down 2 pounds!

I think I forgot to send you my info last week, Bree. I am exactly the same as of this morning.

I don't have a digi scale... my scale is a very nice scale I just can't get down to the tenths of a pound.

I am down 2lbs! So for the 2 weeks I have been dieting, down 4.

Im down 1.8 pounds almost 4 for the year. Im sure it would have been more but with the snow I have missed 3 work outs this week

Tam, Abby & Jess...WTG on the weight loss so far!!!

I am down 3.2 lbs. since Jan.4! I am proud of myself. I have not been working out like I planned, so seeing a change already with just changing what I am eating is encouraging me to get moving with the exercise so I can keep seeing changes!

Kim that's great! I know just what you mean about the positive reinforcement w/o working out. I was a little disappointed that it was less than 2lbs but if I lose 2lbs a week all year that's 100+lbs!!!

And just think Mara, you did 2 lbs. while being stuck home!

will i get on the scale this week?

Okay. I got on the scale. I did nothing physical last week and I actually didn't really watch my food either. That's the bad news.

The good news is that I didn't gain any weight!!! HOORAY!!!

That's not bad at all given how we were all snowed in for the week!

Got my gentle reminder from Jess - Thanks! since I was snowed in last week, I didn't go to a WW mtg. So, I am going to say I am the same. My scale at home never matches the one at my WW mtg. Great job on all the losses!

Oh I so understand! When you are doing WW its best to stick with what WW says!

So I did my first weigh in on the 7th jan to have a start weight. And weighed myself on the 14th and lose 1.5kg - that's 3.3pounds.

I didn't do any exercise last week, I was so so exhausted. But yesterday I have finally started using my Wii Fit Plus. It weighed me and did my BMI and all that stuff. Very scary - I made sure I password protected my details. Don't want anyone dying out of sheer shock

I'll be super happy if I can lose 2 pounds a week.

WTG Liz!!! Thats fantastic for your first week! I have the wii fit too but never use it. I was so sad when it made my Mii fat

I cracked up laughing when mine went fat and hung it's head in shame.

I was doing boxing yesterday and the guy was saying 'feel that fat melt away' and my son was with me. He said 'mummy are you boxing to finally get rid of some of that fat you have'.

Kids gotta love them and their honesty :giggle:
